I know what that’s like, because I struggle too.
Hi! I’m Dr. Robyn Croutch,

I’m super-passionate about helping women who struggle with the symptoms of ADHD (whether they’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or not). I believe we all have the power to reach our highest potential and achieve optimal health. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!
Why? Because I personally struggled with many symptoms of ADHD throughout my life and, through years of practice and study, found many natural approaches that actually helped. Sharing those solutions with thousands of people I’ve worked with over the years has been perhaps the most satisfying work I’ve ever done.
I  struggled with focus, attention, hyperfocus, impulsivity, disorganization, time management and memory  issues for much of my life.  In school, those issues went unnoticed because I wasn’t hyperactive.  My issues basically fell through the cracks, and frankly, I just thought I wasn’t smart. I struggled with this all through high school and college, and by some miracle, I made it through chiropractic school.
Then, on 9/11, my then-boyfriend/now-husband lost his brother in the World Trade Center tragedy. That was one of the hardest times of our lives, and as a result, my symptoms  were the worst they’d ever been. I couldn’t focus on the simplest tasks, I was constantly anxious, I wasn’t sleeping, and basically, I was a hot mess. I was two years out of chiropractic school at the time, working for someone else, and had a dream of opening my own practice. But I had no idea how I’d be able to do that given the way I was feeling and barely functioning. I really needed a way to regain control of my life.
Shortly after the World Trade Center tragedy, a friend who knew I was struggling gave me a few little bottles of essential oil and some supplements to try.  As much as I believed in natural health back then, what I was going through was so intense that I wasn’t optimistic.  I really did not believe there was any way those little bottles would help me to cope. I used them because, frankly, I was willing to try anything, but to be honest, I didn’t give them much thought.
Well, something changed.  Because it was just a few months later that I opened my own chiropractic practice. And without even understanding why, I found myself feeling calm, centered and focused even in the midst of drastic change.
It was then that a lightbulb went off in my head, and I started researching ADHD and other natural solutions, which I incorporated into my life as well. For the first time maybe ever, I was feeling in control of my life. My practice was going great, my clients were thriving as well, and I was on a mission to share what I’d learned with others who needed help.
So fast forward several years. I found I was seeing lots of children and adults in my practice with ADHD (as well as other neurological and emotional challenges). The more cases I saw, the more I knew I couldn’t just treat those people, I needed to give them the tools to take responsibility for their own health, just like I had all those years before.

And I really wanted to focus on helping women like me, because if I could overcome my own struggles, I knew they could too.

So I started teaching classes and creating wellness programs for women.

The results have been truly amazing. The women I’ve worked with have learned to conquer their impulsivity, to get organized and stay that way, to manage their time, and to cope with everyday stress.

They’ve reported feeling less cluttered, being less absent-minded and more present-minded, and finding themselves better able to prioritize and focus on the tasks in front of them.

It’s all been so exciting, for me and for them, which is why I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve been teaching to more and more women, like me and like you, who struggle.
