When it comes to working out, sometimes it's the lack of a workout plan that gets us.
We say we'll go to the gym, but then realize we have no idea what to do when we get there.
Maybe we even say we'll take a walk but... sometimes those can be boring!
And without knowing what you'll be doing, you're more likely to skip your workout.
So in an effort to avoid all of those excuses, I am sharing with you a blog post that has 15 (!!!) 30 minutes full-body workouts that you can do from home.
Basically, you're set for the next few weeks AND it's a variety of movements so I don't think you'll be getting bored any time soon.
Give them a try this weekend. Even better, take out your calendar and schedule in each workout for the next couple of weeks!
