3 Tips on Dealing with Frustration
Who here has gotten frustrated? 🙋🏽‍♀️

Either frustration with myself, others or things. This one is hard!

So how do you deal with it?

One would be noticing any triggers. A frustration trigger for me is little sleep or poor sleep. If that happens, I can almost guarantee a low frustration tolerance the next day.

Do you seem to get frustrated during particular phases of your menstrual cycle?
Do you seem to get frustrated when you are hunger or thirsty?
Do you seem to get frustrated when you haven’t had a lot time to yourself?

Some of these are unavoidable so what to do?

Here are 3 tips.

1. Breathe. Slow in, slow out imagining the frustration leaving your body with each breath
2. Walk away. Okay, okay. You can’t walk away if your kids need you to keep them safe but if you are able to, this is a great tip! You can walk away, regroup and come back
3. Exercise. It might be helpful for you to get that frustration out of your body! Do a push-up, some jumping jacks or squats! Get that energy moving in a productive way. A walk is a great option too.
