One of my favorite tips that I’ll continue to discuss is alarms!
Alarms can remind you to start your bedtime routine, wake up, start a workout.
They can also be used to pull you out of your hyperfocus or distraction.
If you are one to work with the pomodoro method (25 mins of work, 5 min break) then alarms are great to remind you when to stop work, when to stop your break.
Do you use alarms?

One of the hardest things to do is looking at your life, finding out what’s not working and then letting it go.
What’s working in your life and what isn’t? One way to know if something isn’t working is that its HARD. While some things might be a bit harder in the beginning and just hard in general, things shouldn’t ALWAYS be hard to do. Things shouldn’t make you feel bad about yourself.
What’s working? What’s so easy and makes you feel awesome? Keep doing that!
It’s okay if you tried something and it didn’t work for you. Even if it worked for someone else! We don’t have to hold onto these just because someone else had success. We are all different people with different skills, life experiences, different everything!
Do you have trouble letting go of things not working in your life?

A tip to be accomplished is.. don’t try to do everything! That’s a recipe for feeling like you can never get anything done. Well, because you can’t!
Each day, narrow your to do list down to just 3 things. Focus on these 3 things, finish them then move onto the next 3 the next day.
A nice quote I like is, “how do you eat an elephant?” One bite at a time.
Do you feel like a failure for not being able to finish your to do list? Do you think you can do 3 items a day?

We all want to eat healthier, right?
We buy the food, we put the fruits in the crisper drawer, the veggies in the other drawer, then at the end of the week… do you throw it away because they went bad? Even I’m guilty of this sometimes!
Here’s a hint. Don’t hide your most nutritious food! Put them out in the open in your fridge (they’ll be okay). Next time you open the door to get a snack, they are right there in front of you!
Do you tend to hide your nutritious food?

How do you handle ‘big’ emotions and feelings?
Run away? I know I have!
Next time, think STAR.
Stop. Think. Act. Recover.
Stop and name that emotion, think about what it means for you, act in whichever way you feel is best, recover by releasing the emotion.
You are a STAR at handling big feelings.
