I know some people aren’t fans of eating “leftovers” and don’t enjoy meal prep the old fashion way.
Today’s tip is to make your life easier in the kitchen without eating the same food throughout the week.
Prep your food but don’t cook it.
Check your menu for the week and notice what you need diced one day, sliced another, etc and prep like that. When that night comes that you need diced o tomato for your salad.. boom ready to go.
You’ll also be more likely to use this food rather than getting fast food or take out!

Here’s a little tip for keeping control of clutter BEFORE it gets to be clutter.
Replace items, don’t add.
I know it can be hard too when we might not want to add to the trash (recycle, donate or sell is a great option for those still good items!) but when we buy something new.. we need to remove something too.
New socks without holes and bye bye holes with socks.
Do you have trouble throwing (or recycle, donate or sell) items away?

A fun little hack for you today!
When buying products, such as post it notes or a planner, make it eye catching and bright!
It’ll be hard to lose and not see that giant hot pink planner rather than a small black one.
Make it fun for you!

Managing your ADHD can come down to these 3 big blocks: sleep, exercise, diet.
- impaired sleep can lead to decreased alertness, regulation of the brain and increased hyperactivity to name some side effects
- exercise improves memory and mood, enhance learning and can promote dopamine release. It’s essential for ADHD
- a diet full of sugar and food dyes while lacking in protein can lead to an exacerbation of ADHD symptoms
Which of these 3 do you find you struggle with the most?

1. Work from your strengths: if you know you are not detail oriented but great with big picture stuff. Use this to your advantage! Do not spend your time and energy doing detail oriented items
2. Use reminders: planners, alarms, etc. We forget things often and setting up these reminders are key to your success
3. Break up projects: before starting any project, break it up into bite size pieces for yourself.
4. Partner up: similar to the first tip, find that person who IS detail oriented if you aren’t and work together. We do not need to do everything on our own
Which tip do you find most helpful for you?
