I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it because it is THAT important.
Break up large tasks into smaller chunks!
This not only helps you not feel overwhelmed, it can also sustain your focus and motivation. Win, win, win.
Do you have any big projects that you need help with how to break up? Reach out and let’s brainstorm through it together. I often see this is the biggest barrier for being able to do this. We just have trouble figuring out HOW to break up these large tasks.

Today’s topic is a bit niche down as its about note taking apps! We don’t often discuss different apps but they can be SO useful!
Note taking apps allow you to store all notes and information digitally, use device just like you would using pen and paper, add multimedia and share notes with other people too!
The top 3 most recommended are: Notion, Craft and Evernote.
If this is something you might be interested in, take a look at each, try them each out and find which works best for you. If none of them, don’t be discouraged! It sometimes takes trial and error to find what works best for us.
Do you use a note taking app?
I use Evernote!

Do you have trouble getting to bed on time because it seems like time just slips by at night?
Set an alarm to remind you to start the process! 5 minutes, 20 minutes, however long fits your bedtime routine needs.
Make sure to label this alarm too so you don’t get confused on why an alarm is going off lol!
How many different alarms do you have set on your phone?

Here’s a tip I hope you enjoy! Pair a task that you don’t like doing with a task that you DO like doing!
- Wash dishes while listening to music
- Exercise while watching a show
- Fold laundry while listening to an audiobook
Do you think this would help you with those tasks you dread?

How do you feel about affirmations? Love them or dislike them?
They can be powerful! The key is finding one that resonates with YOU! It is not a one size fits all for affirmations.
Here’s a few I’ve enjoyed recently..
“I release the old habit because I prefer this new habit”
“I am grateful for my success and am happy with myself”
“My attention span is getting stronger with each breath”
Do you have any affirmations that you enjoy?
